PREROGATIVE WILL OF RAYMOND FITZMAURICE OF DUBLIN

The Preogative will of Raymond Fitzmaurice of Dublin was signed on 23rd May 1713 and was executed on 28th November, 1714.

I desire to be buried in the Lord of Santry's burying place in St Mary's Chapel, Christ Church.

Nieces:  The Honorable Constance Cox, Mrs Elizabeth Croker, Mrs Julia O'Connor

Nephews: The Honorable captain James FitzMaurice, Thoms Amory Esq

Cozen:  Mrs Margery White

Grand Niece: Mrs Ann FitzMaurice and grand nephew Charles FitzMaurice to be executors

Overseers:  My nephew James FitzMaurice Esq and Mr Charles O'connor

Witnesses:  Robert Mason, P. Moline, Robert Thornton

James FitzMaurice of Bannagh, Co Kerry esq, lawful father of Ann FitzMaurice, a minor and Charles O'Connor of the city of Dublin, Gent, father of Charles FitzMaurice O'Connor, a minor, executors appointed by the last will of the Honorable Raymond FitzMaurice Esq.  Salutations.
